controling the panic

Everyone has a little voice inside us, which is always watching what is happening around us. The negative voice inside us, as a rule, sharp, dramatic and extreme: “I can not afford to feel this way.” “It would be terrible.” I’m a joke company. “” I am funny. “Nothing I will work. Too often, we believe that to control the panic, we must be strict and harsh with himself. We try to suppress my symptoms and this approach ends are increasing our anxiety and control it has on our lives. If one of the major fears in panic, and there is a sense of feeling trapped, limited, or out of control, the more messages we give ourselves that limit our opportunities. The more we feel trapped by these restrictions, the more discomfort we feel. We must find our positive voice to help us overcome the crisis.

Preventing bad breath for the elderly

Aging is part of the normal life cycle. Some people are hesitant to accept this by increasing the vulnerability of the acquisition of age issues. One of their main problems is suffering from an unpleasant smell, however, researchers have shown that it is not necessarily the aging process.
