Everyone has a little voice inside us, which is always watching what is happening around us. The negative voice inside us, as a rule, sharp, dramatic and extreme: “I can not afford to feel this way.” “It would be terrible.” I’m a joke company. “” I am funny. “Nothing I will work. Too often, we believe that to control the panic, we must be strict and harsh with himself.
